A Great Time in Cutler!

A little wet to get started, but the rain held off and we were able to check 24 car seats today at Cutler Elementary School! Lots of kiddos left much safer than when they arrived...many in new car seats. A special thank you to Cutler Elementary School for allowing us to use their parking lot for the event, and all the techs and caregivers that come out to support us and the Tulare County Association of Governments on this joint event.
